Civil Partnership Celebrated

The civil partnership of Michael Fitzgerald and James Redmond was celebrated with a special meeting on 9.7.11.

Their civil partnership had taken place the previous day, and Monkstown both celebrated the partnership and augmented it with the spiritual witness of the Meeting. The simple and happy meeting was brought to a close with Gillian Armstrong from Rathfarnham Meeting inviting all to share in the Lord's Prayer. Everyone then moved into the schoolroom and enjoyed a magnificent spread of refreshments provided by the tea committee.
